Potter View BNB is located next to the beautiful Chugach State Park and has an active game trail on the property. Interaction with wildlife is dangerous and prohibited. No food or garbage is to be left outside.
Potter View BNB is located near the dense forestland of the Chugach State Park. This is a High Risk Area for Forest Fires. During the summer months, no fire is permitted on or near the premises at any time. No candles, no fireworks, no smoking, no outside cooking allowed, or any other fire related activities.
Potter View BNB is built on the hillside and has beautiful views of the inlet and surrounding mountains. For access to bedrooms there are at lest two flights of stairs. Guests need to be able to walk up multiple stairs to access their rooms.
